Mission Statement:
The Davidson County Department of Emergency Services provides services to the community by preventing and minimizing loss of life, pain, suffering, property, and environmental damage from fires, natural disasters, man-made disasters and medical emergencies. To accomplish this, Davidson County Emergency Services will provide education, prevention, and emergency response.
Separated into 3 Divisions (Emergency Medical Services, Fire Marshal’s Office, and Emergency Management), Davidson County Emergency Services has over 100 employees and serves a population of over 155,000 in a 582 square mile area with a call volume of over 20,000 annually.
