Special Needs Art 'N Fun Class

The Davidson County Parks and Recreation Department offered a Special Needs Art 'N Fun class.  The fun and exciting class is for those with intellectual disabilities that will use arts and fun to help promote and improve their positive feelings of self-worth, self-confidence, and overall self-esteem.  Each class will have creative art and play activities to assist participants in identifying the natural strengths and positive qualities within themselves as well as others.  They will also have fun learning how their strengths help them make positive choices and reach their dreams.  Participants will be able to take home their art projects to share with family and friends.

1:30 pm through 2:30 pm

Cost :
$3.00 per class
