Emergency Services
The Davidson County Department of Emergency Services provides services to the community by preventing and minimizing loss of life, pain, suffering, property, and environmental damage from fires, natural disasters, man-made disasters and medical emergencies. To accomplish this, Davidson County Emergency Services will provide education, prevention, and emergency response. Separated into 3 Divisions (Emergency Medical Services, Fire Marshal’s Office, and Emergency Management), Davidson County Emergency Services has a total of 96 employees and serves a population of over 148,000 in a 552.33 square mile area.
