The Technical Services Division consists of units which provide specialized suppport to the citizens of Davidson County. Under the direction of Captain Terry Whitman, the Technical Services Division provide specialized Crime Scene Investigation personnel, Crime Prevention specialists, Evidence and Property Control, Animal Control, Telecommunication, Records, and Administrative Office Support.
