Mission
Davidson County 911 Emergency Communication's mission is to serve as the communications link between the citizens and the public safety agencies, accurate identification of the citizen's location and public safety response needs, quick and accurate activation of public safety services, to provide communications support and coordination for all city/county public safety and applicable support agencies.
In carrying out our mission, we recognize that service is our one and only product and we share a common, ongoing goal to provide it at the most superior level possible in a courteous and professional manner. We also recognize that our strength and success are directly related to the individual and unique contributions of each of us working in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork with our public safety associates both within and outside the Communication Center.
