The 4th Route split the Connector Route into two routes that meet at DCCC. The Lexington Connector Route covers a larger section of Lexington plus provides new service to 5th Ave, Biesecker Road, and the Erlanger community along Winston Road. The Thomasville Connector circles Thomasville enabling us to decrease the number of stops on the current Thomasville Route and allow the Thomasville Route to service Salem, Randolph, and Main Street and not have to cross the train tracks.
Davidson County Transportation System (DCTS) has four routes serving Lexington, Thomasville, and Davidson County Community College. DCTS service runs Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and in Thomasville on Saturday from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
There is no cost to ride DCTS. All transfers are also free.
Call Center Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Davidson County Transportation System (DCTS) connects with the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART) at the Lexington Hub, DCCC, and at the Davidson County Administration Building at Colonial Drive in Thomasville. PART continues to High Point and connects with the Triad and beyond. Plan your trips and connections accordingly. Find more information about PART at www.PARTnc.org or call 336-883-7278.
