Parks & Recreation
The Davidson County Parks and Recreation Department strives to offer the citizens of Davidson County all types of different recreation activities, from youth athletics, adult leisure programming, walking and hiking trails, picnicking areas, and playgrounds. Our staff works hard to keep our facilities clean and safe for all to use.
The goal of the Parks and Recreation Department is to provide a diverse range of activities for all ages and both sexes, regardless, of race creed, or color. The recreation programs are offered on a year around basis and represent a balance of indoor and outdoor activities. The programs are not concerned with the quantity of recreation, but with the quality.
