Apply for Child Support
It is best to come to Social Services to apply because that will speed up the processing of your application. You may also complete the Web Application or request that a paper copy be mailed to you; no action, however, can be taken on your case until an application fee (if applicable) is received along with your completed and signed application package.
Obtain the Web Application (PDF), complete and sign both the application and the supplement. Then bring or mail the application package (at this time, the CSE application cannot be submitted via the Internet) to a Davidson County Child Support Enforcement Office at either address:
913 N Greensboro Street P.O. Box 788 Lexington, NC 27293
