Crime can strike anyone at anytime. The Davidson County Sheriff's Office utilizes a squad of deputies for the purpose of enhanced saturation of areas of the County in order to impede the criminal's ability to commit crime. This unit, led by Lt. J.L. Shuskey, consists of 8 deputies, and are varied in the areas and hours of operation, ensuring the highest probability that suspicious activity may be detected and eliminated at the earliest moment.
Lieutenant Jamie Shuskey started his career at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office in 1994. In 1996, Lt. Shuskey was promoted to Detective. In April of 2001, Lt. Shuskey was promoted to Sergeant in the Criminal Investigations Division. Lt. Shuskey was promoted to his current assignment in 2010.
