NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE DAVIDSON COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.12 (b)(2) public notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee of the Davidson County Airport Authority will meet on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the law office of Brinkley Walser Stoner, PLLC located at 10 Lsb Plaza, Lexington, NC 27292 for a special meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a request for sublease by an airport tenant. Additionally, a closed session may be held pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(4) to discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by the public body relating to Project Gemini. This special meeting is called by Rick Phillips as Chair of the Davidson County Airport Authority pursuant to the Bylaws of the Davidson County Airport Authority.
