In a continued effort to encourage everyone to protect themselves by following the CDC recommended guidance: washing hands, limiting travel to essential travel, maintaining social distancing practices of 6’ of separation and for those high-risk individuals staying at home unless absolutely necessary to leave.  Davidson County DSS is sharing some ways that residents can access our services without coming to our offices. We are however, still operating under normal business hours.

Medicaid

1. You may apply online at epass.nc.gov  OR
2. You may download and complete an application

Energy Assistance
Most utility providers are not currently disconnecting service during the COVID-19 outbreak.
