Thomasville Library Summer Reading Program

Summer Reading registration starts Tuesday, June 1st. Stop by the library or call 336-474-2690 to register. After registering, come by during week 1 and pick up your reading packet with reading tickets and craft instructions. Submitted reading tickets will be used as entries for prize drawings. Some programs will be posted virtually via Facebook Live. Supplies for craft programs provided in craft kits (limited quantity-first come, first serve basis).

Booksale - Thomasville Library

Thomasville Library will hold a book sale during the month of July during daily business hours. There will be a wide variety of books available including Fiction, Teen and Childrens, Biographies, Non Fiction, DVD's and Magazines. Come see what great deals await you @ the library!

Page Turners Book Club - Thomasville Public Library

The Thomasville Library Page Turners Book Club will meet on Tuesday, July 20th at 6:30 PM at the library. The title of the month is "Wednesday Sisters" by Meg Waite Clayton.

Board of Elections Meeting

The Davidson County Board of Elections will meet Tuesday, July 20, 2021at12:00 Noon In the Davidson County Board of Elections Office located at 945 North Main Street, Lexington, NC to be sworn in as Members of the Davidson County Board of Elections for a two year term. Members to be sworn in the office are: James Cunningham - Chairman Chad Freeman - Board Member Richard Johnson - Board Member lley Clark - Board Member Kathy Wall - Board Member The Board will convene on August 17, 2021 to appoint a precinct Chief Judge and a Democratic Judge and a Republican Judge to each of the 43 precincts for a two year term.
