In accordance with DOT Order 1050 2A, DCTS assures the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) that no person shall, on the ground race, color, national origin, sex, creed, age, or disability, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 and related nondiscrimination authorities, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination or retaliation under any program or activity undertaken by DCTS.
DCTS Title VI Program
