The Davidson County Board of Elections is responsible for the registration of all eligible Davidson County citizens to vote, as well as to conduct fair, non-partisan elections consistent with the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America, as well as procedures and regulations as prescribed by the North Carolina State Board of Elections.
